We are delighted that Yves Lorphelin has joined Event Store as a Developer Advocate. Working in the busy Developer Advocacy team, Yves will be working with Oskar Dudycz, Mat McLoughlin and Alexey Zimarev to help educate developers on Event Sourcing and other related technologies.
Yves has a wealth of experience helping people with their event sourcing issues, and is well known on the community message boards for his helpful assistance. He has a long career in development and is a fantastic addition to the team.
Yves said: “I’m honored to join Event Store, this company has the potential to fundamentally change the way we build systems, and has already demonstrated it numerous times. Though focused on technology, one of the core principles is to help humans build useful systems for humans. I’m really enthusiastic to have the opportunity to help broaden knowledge on Event Sourcing and teams use our technology in the best way possible.”
With Yves joining the growing Developer Advocacy department, this allows Event Store to fulfil our commitment to improving the guidance and documentation around EventStoreDB, as well as the aim to become the essential resource for Event Sourcing related material.
