Event Store 4.0.2 Release Candidate 1


The first release candidate for Event Store 4.0.2 is now available! It is available for the following operating systems:

  • Windows (via Chocolatey)
  • Ubuntu 16.04 (via packagecloud)
  • Ubuntu 14.04 (via packagecloud)

Our focus has remained on projections following them becoming a supported feature in Event Store. This release includes numerous fixes and performance improvements for projections.

Version 5.0.7 has been released which contains a critical fix for version 5.0.6. This issue could cause Event Store to refuse all connections in specific circumstances, such as after a framing error. Please see the [github issue](https://github.com/EventStore/EventStore/pull/2353) for more details. We recommend that you upgrade to version 5.0.7 as soon as possible if you are running 5.0.6.
